The awards ceremony will be held at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood, CA. ABC-TV will broadcast the event live. Nominations will be announced January 25, 2011, at 5:30 AM PT at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater.
