The Colt Coeur production of Stephen Belber's Joan officially opened at HERE Arts Center January 27. Starring Tony nominee Johanna Day in the title role, the new play tells the story of a woman—a daughter, a lover, a mother, and an artist—seeking the authentic.

Directed by Adrienne Campbell-Holt, Joan began performances Off-Broadway January 19 and is scheduled to continue through February 16. The cast also features Adam Harrington (How to Live on Earth) and Marjan Neshat (Quantico, Julius Caesar).
