Today, Jennifer Ashley Tepper is the Director of Programming at 54 Below and author of "The Untold Stories of Broadway" book series. But only yesterday (it seems), she was a 12-year-old theatre fan in Florida, studying Playbills and cast recordings and dying to be part of it all. She offers a behind-the-scenes peek at the journey!
