A Titanic Musical Parody, Featuring Céline Dion Songs, Is Heading to New York | Playbill

Cabaret & Concert News A Titanic Musical Parody, Featuring Céline Dion Songs, Is Heading to New York Broadway belter Marla Mindelle returns to New York to play the music icon in August.

Following a 2017 premiere in Los Angeles, Titanique—a musical parody of the Oscar-winning Titanic featuring the songs of Céline Dion—will head to New York. Performances are set for August 25, 26, and 27 at The Green Room 42 (located inside the Yotel New York).

Broadway alum Marla Mindelle (Cinderella, Sister Act, this YouTube gem) will star as Céline herself, who tells the tragic love story of Jack Dawson and Rose Dewitt Bukater, through her own eccentric lens and iconic catalog.

Joining Mindelle onstage will be Constantine Rousouli (Off-Broadway’s Cruel Intentions) as Jack and Alex Ellis (On a Clear Day You Can See Forever) as Rose, as well as Stephen Guarino, Sebastian La Cause, Kathy Deitch, Adam Zelasko, and Mikhail Thompson.
