Following its three-week run through April 2, the production moves to Fort Lauderdale, where it will play April 4-9, at the Parker Playhouse. About Time focuses on an aging couple who review their lives in their condominium kitchen.
Directed by Gus Kaikkonen, sets are by Steve Lambert, costumes by Ellis Tillman, lighting by William Armstrong and sound by Steve Shapiro.
Bikel is the actor, activist and folk singer known for his Coconut Grove appearance in The Disputation, which he went on to play in Washington, D.C. He also starred in national productions of Fiddler on the Roof, Broadway's The Sound of Music (he created the role of Baron Von Trapp) and was Oscar-nominated for "The Defiant Ones."
Conolly is the respected Broadway character actress whose work includes Enchanted April, Judgment at Nuremburg, The Sound of Music, The Heiress and The Real Inspector Hound.
Playwright Tom Cole also penned Medal of Honor Rag.
