Eyre's staging of Ghosts originated at the Almeida Theatre and transferred to the West End, produced by Sonia Friedman Productions. The play won the 2014 Olivier Award for Best Revival.

Determined to let go of the past, she sets out to teach her painter son, Oswald, the truth about his father. But when Oswald returns from France, it appears he may have already inherited the legacy of his father to devastating effect.
