After a 52-city U.S. tour, the Acting Company's production of Sheridan's The Rivals finally reaches New York City. The English classic, directed by Nicholas Martin, plays in repertory with Macbeth, directed by Anne Justine D'Zmura, May 2-13 at the Playhouse at St. Clement's in Manhattan. Martin has directed such recent New York successes as The Time of the Cuckoo, Betty's Summer Vacation and Fully Committed. The company features Matt Anderson, Mia Barron, Christopher Jean, John Kinsherf, Andrew McGinn, Royden Mills, Angela Pierce, Heather Raffo (Over The River and Through the Woods), Erik Steele, Jeff Swarthout, Michele Tauber, April Yvette Thompson and Jonathan Uffelman.
