News Actors' Gang Our Town Extends Los Angeles Run Into July The Actors' Gang production of the Thornton Wilder classic Our Town has extended its run an additional month of performances through July 11.

Wilder's Pulitzer Prize-winning drama began performances April 18 in Los Angeles and was originally scheduled to run through May 30 at the Ivy Substation.

Justin Zsebe directs a cast including Steven M. Porter as the Stage Manager, Vanessa Mizzone as Emily Webb, Chris Schultz as George Gibbs, Nathan Kornelis as Dr. Gibbs, Annemette Andersen as Mrs. Gibbs, Katie Malia as Rebecca Gibbs, Lindsley Allen as Mrs. Webb, Andrew E. Wheeler as Mr. Webb, Pierre Adeli as Howie Newsome, Brian Kimmet as Simon Stimsom and April Fitzsimmons as Mrs. Soames. Ensemble members include Seth Compton, Scott Harris and Barry O'Neil.

Our Town has set design by Will Pellegrini, lighting design by Jacqueline Reid and costume design by Suzanne Scott.

Set in New England at the turn of the 20th century, Our Town documents the lives of the townsfolk in Grovers Corners. The poignant work centers on the life and death of Emily Webb, who is allowed the opportunity to relive one moment of her life.

A flurry of productions of Our Town have popped up at regional theatres across the country, following the celebrated Hypocrites Theatre production re-imagined by David Cromer, which opened to raves Off-Broadway in February following a successful Chicago premiere.
