The 8 PM concert, presented by True Colors Fund, is scheduled to feature the talents of Lauper, Sarah McLachlan, Adam Lambert, St. Vincent, Alexis Krauss of Sleigh Bells, Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie O'Donnell, Roberta Flack, Carson Kressley, Andy Cohen, Adam Duritz and David Immerglück of the Counting Crows, Terri Nunn and Hunter Valentine.
The evening benefits homeless LGBT youth.
Grammy winner Lauper is the co-creator of the Broadway-bound musical Kinky Boots.
