Kent Gash directs the production that will officially open Feb. 3 and run through Feb. 21. Ain't Misbehavin' is a co-production with Arizona Theatre Company and San Jose Repertory Theatre.

The cast features Aurelia Williams (All Shook Up), Angela Grovey (The Wiz, Wig Out), Christopher L. Morgan (Purlie; Kiss Me, Kate), Rebecca A. Covington (Thoroughly Modern Millie national tour) and Ken Robinson (tick, tick … BOOM! at Westport Country Playhouse).

According to press notes, "The Harlem Renaissance was the Golden Age for venues like The Cotton Club and The Savoy Ballroom; a time when the dives along Manhattan’s Lenox Avenue were ablaze from stride piano players banging out a new beat – swing. Ain't Misbehavin' is a vibrant musical revue and tribute to the black musicians of the first four decades of the 20th century, centering on the music of Thomas Fats Waller."

Conceived by Richard Maltby, Jr., the musical features the songs "Squeeze Me," "I've Got a Feeling I'm Falling," "The Joint Is Jumpin'," "Mean to Me," "Your Feets Too Big," "Keepin' Out of Mischief Now," "I'm Gonna Sit Right Down and Write Myself a Letter" and the title song.
