News Alec Baldwin Interviewed at Riverspace Sept. 26 Academy and Tony Award nominee Alec Baldwin — a recent Emmy winner — will discuss his life, career and new book ("A Promise to Ourselves: A Journey Through Fatherhood and Divorce") Sept. 26 as part of Nyack's Conversations at Riverspace series.

Peabody Award winner Elliott Forrest, the artistic director of Riverspace, will interview Baldwin for the 8 PM event that promises an intimate foray into the actor's world.

The evening will also highlight Baldwin's work on "30 Rock" as well as in the films "Glengarry Glen Ross," "Running With Scissors" and "The Departed." Selections from Baldwin's screen appearances will be shown.

In addition to his extensive screen work, Baldwin's stage appearances include Entertaining Mr. Sloane, Twentieth Century, Loot, Trumbo, Serious Money, the benefit Short Talks on the Universe and the 1992 revival of A Streetcar Named Desire.
