As previously reported, a benefit concert to aid The Weston Playhouse, the Vermont theatre that was devastatingly damaged by Hurricane Irene, will be held in Manhattan Sept. 26 at New World Stages.

Entitled New York City Loves Vermont -- Broadway Floods the Weston Playhouse with Love: A Benefit Concert, the evening is being co-produced by Avenue Q veteran Sharon Wheatley and former Weston company manager Gretchen Margaroli.

Joining the previously announced Tony winner Lillias White, Adam Guettel, Sally Ann Howes, Christopher Lloyd, Cass Morgan, Kelli O’Hara and Emily Skinner will be Alex Gemignani, Heather MacRae, Debra Monk, Seth Rudetsky, Roger Seyer, Dorothy Stanley and the cast of [title of show].

Frances Limoncelli will direct the evening with musical supervision by Rob Meffe, assistant musical supervision by Daniel Feyer, stage management by Lloyd Davis, Jr., Emily Levin and Melissa Spengler, sound design by Kim Carbone and lighting design by Brad Peterson.

Doors will open at 6 PM for the 7 PM performance; the first 100 people to arrive will receive a sample of Vermont maple syrup.
