Written and performed by Moran, All the Rage began previews Jan. 19 and will run through Feb. 24. The project reunites Moran with The Tricky Part director Seth Barrish.

Here's how it's billed: "What happens when a mild-mannered Manhattanite shows up at his father's Las Vegas funeral and ends up in a fight with his fuming stepmother? Or when he suddenly finds himself in a room translating the details of an asylum seeker's torture? In All the Rage, his new solo work, Martin Moran takes us on a quest from West of the Rockies to South of Johannesburg, unearthing the unexpected connections and human hilarities that arise as he attempts to resolve an ancient riddle: how is it that in one moment we might reach out in compassion and in the next…kill?"

Moran's stage appearances also include Monty Python's Spamalot, Cabaret, Titanic, Bells Are Ringing, How To Succeed, Fun Home, Floyd Collins, A Man of No Importance and Cider House Rules.

The engagement is presented by piece by piece productions, Rising Phoenix Repertory and The Barrow Group.

For tickets, priced $55, phone (212) 279-4200, or visit ticketcentral.com. The Peter Jay Sharp Theater is located at 416 W. 42nd Street.
