SEATTLE -- To help kick off Anne Galjour's colorful, eight character one-woman show Alligator Tales (opening Mar. 25) the Seattle Repertory Theatre is offering some special activities.

Every week before the Thursday performance there will be Cajun Dance lessons, offered by various members of the Seattle Cajun community, from 6:40 PM to 7:20 PM, prior to the 7:30 PM curtain.

On Sunday Apr. 19, 4-7 PM, there will be a Cajun festival, featuring live music, more dance lessons, crawdad races and delectable Cajun food and $2 beers for sale. Participation in the festival is not contingent upon attendance at a performance of Alligator Tales.

Performances run Mar. 25-May 2 in the Leo K. Theatre at the Seattle Rep, 155 Mercer St. in the NW corner of Seattle Center. For tickets ($25-$30) call (206) 443-2222.
