News Allison Case and Andrew Kober Offer This Is 30 at the Cutting Room April 7 Allison Case and Andrew Kober, who appeared together in the Tony Award-winning revival of Hair, reunite for This Is 30 April 7 at the Cutting Room.

The 8 PM evening was created in celebration of Case (Hands on a Hardbody, Mamma Mia!) and Kober (Les Misérables, Spelling Bee), both of whom will turn 30 shortly. It has musical direction by Matt Hinkley, and is produced by Erica Rotstein. Here's how it's billed: "As their 30th birthdays draw near, Case and Kobes—two talented friends and happy hippies—have created a show to capture and celebrate life at this moment. The set list features a mix of musical theatre and pop/rock, covering artists from Sara Bareilles to Queen, and offers an honest reflection of Allison and Andrew's excitement and fear as they face 'adult things.' You know, those things that take you by surprise, like realizing that all of your friends are getting married and having babies; or that you'll officially never be cast in Spring Awakening; or that you’d prefer to wake up without a hangover and listen to NPR on Sunday morning. (You too?!) They/we/This Is 30. Join Case and Kobes for an evening of incredible music, a bit of silliness, and a lot of heart."

Tickets, priced $20 (VIP tickets priced $30), are available by visiting thecuttingroomnyc.com. There is a $20 food and drink minimun. The Cutting Room is located at 44 East 32nd Street.
