Janney ("The West Wing," 9 to 5, A View from the Bridge) plays Crystal, the boss of Sunshine Center arena general manager Ben Donovan (Matthew Perry), on the series. Music legend Taylor appears as Crystal's ex-husband. Taylor penned some songs for the musical Working, which is currently enjoying a revival at Chicago's Broadway Playhouse.
