Based on Blair Tindall's memoir, "Mozart" is billed as such: "Sex, drugs — and classical music — what happens behind the curtains at the symphony can be just as captivating as what happens on stage."
The dramedy was penned by Roman Coppola, Jason Schwartzman and Alex Timbers. Executive producer Paul Weitz also directed the pilot, which featured Peters as well as Gael Garcia Bernal, Saffron Burrows, Lola Kirke and Malcolm McDowell.
The other pilots selected include "Bosch" (starring Annie Wersching, Amy Price-Francis and Jamie Hector), "The After" (starring Aldis Hodge, Andrew Howard, Arielle Kebbel, Jamie Kennedy, Sharon Lawrence, Jaina Lee Ortiz, Adrian Pasdar and Louise Monot) and "Transparent" (starring Jeffrey Tambor, Judith Light, Gaby Hoffmann, Amy Landecker and Jay Duplass).
