The auction, to take place online between April 10 and May 5, will also include a variety of new-music memorabilia, including a signed manuscript of John Adams' Doctor Atomic, a sketch by Glass, and a score by John Corigliano, as well as a composition lesson from Robert Beaser of the Juilliard School, lunch with composer Joan Tower, a backstage tour at an ACO concert, and in-home performances by Francis Thorne and Paul Sperry.

Other composers contributing ringtones for the auction include Michael Gordon, Danny Elfman, Marc Ribot, and Randall Woolf.

Bids can be made at www.ACOauction.cmarket.com starting at 8 a.m. on April 10.

The auction will be held in conjunction with the ACO's spring gala on April 10, at which soprano Audra McDonald will be honored for her championing of American music. The gala and auction both benefit the ACO's emerging-composer and education programs. For gala tickets, visit www.americancomposers.org.
