Tony Award nominee Stark Sands visited "Good Morning New York" July 29 to talk about his current show, American Idiot, and how he prepared for the role of Tunny (hint: those badass tattoos are for character building). He also shares the sweet story of how he met his fiancée in England.

Sands was nominated for a Tony Award for his work in Journey's End. He has also appeared in Twelfth Night for Shakespeare in the Park, The Tempest for Classic Stage Company, and the musical Bonnie and Clyde at La Jolla Playhouse.
