PlayBlog "American Idol" Tour Cancels Seven Dates Fans of this year's "American Idol" performers may have to do some extra scrambling to be sure they get to see them live. The “American Idol Live!” tour recently cancelled seven dates in August and September, according to the New York Times.

Cities that were scrapped from the tour list include Omaha, NE; Kansas City, MO; Buffalo, NY; Toronto, ON; and Cleveland, OH.

The tour was originally scheduled to end Sept. 16 in Portland, ME. That date has also been cancelled, but a Sept. 14 concert in Pittsburgh, PA, is still scheduled.
