Classic Arts News Andr_ Rieu Moves Up Billboard Charts Violist And_ Rieu had a good week on the Billboard charts, with two albums moving up the classical chart and another on the classical crossover chart.
Rieu's Tuscany, a collection of classical favorites recorded live, moved from number three to number two, bumping Yo-Yo Ma Plays Ennio Morricone and reaching its highest point in 26 weeks on the classical chart. His Live in Dublin re-entered the chart at number 10 after previously spending 57 weeks on the chart. Meanwhile, his At the Movies was one of the biggest movers on the classical crossover chart, jumping from 11 to eight.

The 5 Brown's self-titled debut album remained at number one on the classical chart for the sixth straight week.

Other albums enjoying increased sales included Lang Lang's recording of Rachmaninoff's Second Piano Concerto with the Kirov Orchestra, which moved from five to four, its highest position in six weeks on the chart.

Josh Groban's Closer topped the classical crossover chart for the 63rd time.
