Andrew Lloyd Webber, whose School of Rock — The Musical is currently in previews at Broadway's Winter Garden Theatre, was a guest on the Nov. 19 broadcast of "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert."

In the clip below, Colbert and Lloyd Webber are joined by Jon Batiste to sing tunes from Joseph and Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoast, Jesus Christ Superstar, Evita and The Phantom of the Opera:

 

They also discuss Lloyd Webber's voting as a member of the British House of Lords, and they try to pronounce "Lord Lloyd Webber" properly. Then Colbert asks Lloyd Webber what shows by other composers he wishes he'd written, and the answer may or may not come as a surprise.
