Larsen, who will succeed Julia Murney, replaces the previously announced Leslie Kritzer, who departed due to a scheduling conflict.
With direction by Maltby, associate direction and choreography by Kurt Stamm and music direction by Andrew Gerle, the cast also features Jacquelyn Piro Donovan, George Dvorsky and Sal Viviano.
The production, which is now in performance through Sept. 30 at The York Theatre at Saint Peter’s, is described as "an intimate musical about love, friendship, security, happiness – and holding onto those essentials in a world that pulls us in a hundred directions at once."
The creative team includes James Morgan (sets), Nicole Wee (costumes) and Kirk Bookman (lights). The production stage manager is Bernita Robinson.
