Anna-Jane Casey, who has been a West End leading lady for over 20 years with credits that span from Cats and Billy Elliot to Chicago and Forbidden Broadway, and the Tony-winning Frances Ruffelle, who created the role of Eponine in the original London and Broadway productions of Les Miserables, are to star in cabaret performances at the London Hippodrome.
Casey will appear April 15 and Ruffelle on May 5.
Casey's show will feature a repertoire that includes songs by Bruno Mars, Jerry Herman, Stiles and Drewe, Edith Piaf and Amy Winehouse. She will appear with a jazz trio under the musical direction of Paul Herbert and will feature a special guest (to be announced). Ruffelle will appear in her show I Say Yeh-Yeh, offering a comic insight to her own true life story from heartbreak to empowerment.
