Details of their roles in the latest horror spoof are being kept under wraps. Original "Scream" stars Neve Campbell, Courtney Cox and David Arquette will return, and Hayden Penettiere will also star. Wes Craven will again direct the film, which is set for a release in fall 2011.
Paquin, an Oscar winner for "The Piano," has appeared Off-Broadway in Paul Weitz's Roulette, Gina Gionfriddo's After Ashley, Neil LaBute's The Distance From Here and Rebecca Gilman's Pulitzer Prize finalist The Glory of Living, as well as on the London stage in Kenneth Lonergan's This Is Our Youth. A star of the HBO vampire series "True Blood," her other film credits include the "X-Men" films, "The 25th Hour" "Almost Famous" and "Hurlyburly."
Bell, known for the TV series "Veronica Mars," appeared on Broadway in The Crucible and Tom Sawyer and Off-Broadway in Reefer Madness, also appearing in the film version of the latter. Other film credits include "When in Rome," "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" and the upcoming "You Again."
