News Anne Hathaway to Join Sam Waterston for "Does Culture Make Us Who We Are?" Talk at the Public Academy Award nominee Anne Hathaway will host the Nov. 21 discussion "Does Culture Make Us Who We Are?" presented as part of the Public Theater's upcoming Public Forum events.

Presented in association with the Public's production of King Lear, the event will feature Sam Waterston (who stars in the title role), as well as David Brooks, Dr. Mary Schmidt Campell, Damian Woetzel and Public artistic director Oskar Eustis.

As previously reported, Stephen Sondheim and Tony Kushner will reunite for a Jan. 17, 2012, discussion at the Skirball Center that will focus on Sondheim's second installment of his memoir and lyric anthology, "Look, I Made a Hat," which is due out Nov. 22. Rocco Landesman will moderate.

Also planned is "The Legacy of Steve Jobs" with The Agony and The Ecstasy of Steve Jobs monologist Mike Daisey, Robert Krulwich and Dan Lyons on Oct. 23. Jeremy McCarter will host.

Tickets for "Sondheim/Kushner" will go on sale in late November. Tickets for "Legacy of Steve Jobs" are now on sale and "Does Culture Make Us Who We Are?" will go on sale Oct. 24.
