TCG is now distributing "Primo Time," the memoir actor-adapter Antony Sher penned about putting together the stage show Primo.

The book is published by British publisher Nick Hern of Nick Hern Books.

Primo is based on "If This Is a Man," the Holocaust memoir written in 1947 by Auschwitz survivor Primo Levi. The play opened a limited run on Broadway on July 11. It has previously played in London and South Africa.

The book tells of Sher's relations with the Levi estate; his research trips to Auschwitz and Levi's house in Turin, Italy; the workshops and rehearsals of the play; and his bouts with stage fright.

"Primo Time" is priced at $19.95.
