Classic Arts News Apollo's Fire of Cleveland Announces 2005-06 Season Apollo's Fire, the Cleveland-based Baroque ensemble, announced a 2005-06 season that includes its European debut, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
This summer, an Apollo's Fire chamber ensemble will perform concerts in Italy.

Next February, the group will be the only North American group appearing in the Boston Early Music Festival. Its regular season concerts take place in Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, Rocky River, Akron, Canton, and Oberlin, and begins in October with a program of works by Telemann and Vivaldi.

The November concerts feature work from the Italian and Spanish Baroque; the Christmas program features work by Michael Praetorius; and in February, the ensemble will perform a program of Rameau and Vivaldi. Bach's Cantata 82 and Brandenburg Concerto No. 4 are slated for March.
