News Aquila Brings Comedy of Errors Back to NYC in June, in Rep with Othello Aquila Theatre Company, the Brit-U.S. hybrid troupe, will present its wacky Turkish-flavored Comedy of Errors on four Tuesdays in June, during the Off-Broadway run of its Othello.

Peter Meineck (producing artistic director) and Robert Richmond (associate artistic director) of Aquila Theatre Company announced May 21 that the troupe's popular production will return June 1, 8, 15 and 22.

A "mad romp of an evening, set in 1930s Turkey," Aquila's Comedy of Errors (they left the "a" out of the title) is directed by Robert Richmond. The staging was popular in New York in summer 2002, and played the La Jolla Playhouse in the last year.

Performances are 8 PM at Baruch Performing Arts Center. Tickets ($45) are available through Tele-charge (212) 239 6200.
