Conlee won a Tony Award nomination for his overweight male stripper in the Broadway musical The Full Monty. Comedienne Halston was last seen on Broadway in The Women. McGrath has appeared in such musicals My Favorite Year and The Goodbye Girl, as well as the recent revival of Little Me.

Mardironsian also appeared in My Favorite Year. Skye was seen in Parade at Lincoln Center Theater. Cromwell acted in The Scarlet Pimpernel. Turner appeared in Tom Stoppard's The Invention of Love. Brummel's latest Broadway credit was Sweet Smell of Success. White's credits include The Heiress.

The Butter and Egg Man is the only play Kaufman didn't write in collaboration with another writer. The 1925 comedy concerns a civilian who casts his lot in the theatre business with disastrous results. The original Broadway production ran 243 performances with James Gleason directing. At the time Kaufman had already written Merton of the Movies and Beggar on Horseback and was about to pen the book to the Marx Brothers show, The Cocoanuts.

Also part of the Atlantic 2002-03 season are Conor McPherson's Dublin Carol and Joe Penhall's Blue/Orange (beginning Nov. 6). The Atlantic Theater Company is located at 336 West 20th Street. For tickets call (212) 239-6200.
