News   Atlantic Theater Offers Week of One-Acts by Host of Playwrights, March 24-29 The Atlantic Theater Company, which is currently presenting Conor McPherson's Dublin Carol, will offer The New Works Series March 24-29.

While Carol continues on the Atlantic's mainstage (through April 6), the theatre company will offer the week-long New Works series in its Studio 2. The series features one-act plays by established and emerging writers; those taking part in the latest program include writers Joan Ackermann, Cusi Cram, Tom Donaghy, Michael Dowling, Scott Organ and Jeff Whitty. Those writers who have taken part in past New Works series include Stephen Belber, Jessica Goldberg, Rinne Groff, Jerome Hairston, Davey Holmes, Maggie Kiley, Heather MacDonald, Brian Parks and Julian Sheppard.
