Six-time Tony Award winner Audra McDonald and Tony nominee Andrew Rannells (set to return to Broadway next month in The Boys in the Band) will make their first appearances as guest judges on RuPaul’s Drag Race in the upcoming tenth season, premiering March 22 on VH1.

The two join a growing roster of Broadway favorites to head to the judges’ table on the Emmy-winning reality competition. The current All Stars 3 season has featured appearances from Kristin Chenoweth, Tituss Burgess, and Vanessa Williams.

Past guest judges have included Tony winner Neil Patrick Harris, Broadway-bound Michael Urie, Cheyenne Jackson, recent Dear Evan Hansen star Noah Galvin, and two-thirds of the original Dreamgirls: Sheryl Lee Ralph and Loretta Devine.

McDonald, who last appeared on Broadway in Shuffle Along, recently earned an Olivier Award nomination for her West End debut in Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar and Grill. Her portrayal as Billie Holiday in the play earned her a record-breaking sixth Tony Award in 2014.

Rannells, whose Broadway credits include Tony-nominated turns in The Book of Mormon and Falsettos, will star alongside Jim Parsons, Zachary Quinto, Matt Bomer, and Robin De Jesús in Mart Crowley’s The Boys in the Band. The Joe Mantello-helmed production begins April 30 at the Booth Theatre.

Additional guests in the new season include Christina Aguilera, Todrick Hall, Nico Tortorella, Billy Eichner, Broad City duo Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer, Shania Twain, and Ashanti.
