News   Australian Dance Show Tap Dogs to Return to London's Novello Theatre, Starring Adam Garcia The Australian dance show Tap Dogs, which was first seen at the 1995 Sydney Theatre Festival and subsequently transferred to the West End's Lyric Theatre in 1996, will return to the West End, beginning performances at the West End's Novello Theatre June 15, for a strictly limited 12-week season through Sept. 5.

The show was last seen in London at Sadler's Wells Theatre in 2001. It will star Adam Garcia, who has previously starred in the West End in the original run of Saturday Night Fever and Wicked and is also a regular judge on TV's "Got to Dance" (on Sky One). The company also features Douglas Mills (who has been with the show since the original London run), Matthew Appa, Richie Miller, Donovan Helma, Jesse Rasmussen and Jason Lewis. Tap Dogs was created and choreographed by Olivier Award winner Dein Perry. The show will be designed and directed by Nigel Triffitt, with music by Andrew Wilkie and lighting by Gavin Norris. This production will be staged by the entire original creative team and will be produced by Liz Koops for Back Row Productions.
