PlayBlog Author That Inspired Freud's Last Session Will Give Counsel at Talkback Nov. 7 Dr. Armand M. Nicholi, Jr., whose book "The Question of God", inspired Mark St. Germain's play Freud's Last Session, will appear with the Off-Broadway production's stars and author in a talkback following the 3 PM matinee performance on Nov. 7.

The four will discuss their work and engage in a Q&A session with the audience. The play stars Mark H. Dold as author C.S. Lewis and Martin Rayner as psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud, pitting the historical figures against each other in a fictional debate on love, sex, God and life — just in time for World War II to start.

Freud's Last Session runs through Nov. 28 at Off-Broadway's Marjorie S. Deane Little Theater. Visit freudslastsession.com.
