News Avenue Q Announces Launch of U.K. Tour, To Begin in Bath in February 2011 Avenue Q is shuttering at London's Wyndham's Theatre Oct. 30 after a run of nearly five years, but it will then embark on a national U.K. tour, kicking off at the Theatre Royal, Bath in February 2011.

The full touring schedule is still to be announced, as is the cast. The U.K. tour will be produced by Theatre Royal Bath Productions Ltd., by arrangement with Kevin McCollum, Robyn Goodman, Jeffrey Seller, Vineyard Theatre, The New Group and Cameron Mackintosh.

Avenue Q has music and lyrics by Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx, book by Jeff Whitty, based on an original concept by Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx; and direction by Jason Moore. The puppets are conceived and designed by Rick Lyon; musical supervision by Stephen Oremus, and choreography by Ken Roberson. Avenue Q's scenic design is by Anna Louizos, costume design by Mirena Rada, lighting design by Howell Binkley and sound design by Acme Sound Partners.
