News   Baker, Garrett and Henshall Join OB Monologues, Feb. 20-April 1 The next triumvirate of actresses to inhabit the Off-Broadway hit The Vagina Monologues will be Becky Ann Baker, Cynthia Garrett and Ruthie Henshall. They will begin their stay Feb. 20 and remain with the show until April 1. The six-week casting gig is relatively new to the long running play. When author and original star Eve Ensler left the show in early 2000, each new trio spent a mere two weeks at the Westside Theatre. By the fall, the length of each stay had stretched to three weeks. Now, with the turn of the year, it has doubled to six weeks.

Baker is a member of the Off-Broadway troupe The Drama Dept., and has appeared in their production of June Moon. Other credits include The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told Off-Broadway and Titanic on Broadway. Henshall is the slinky British star of Chicago, Putting It Together and The Ziefeld Follies of 1936. After Monologues, she will slip into an Off-Broadway revival of Peter Nichols' Passion Play.
