The court hearing requested by Circle in the Square creditors that was scheduled for Thursday, July 24, has been postponed by Tina L. Brozman, chief judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York. The hearing was for the creditors committee to formally petition the court on their opposition to Circle master lease holder Thespian Theatre, Inc.'s separating the Circle in the Square Theatre School from CIS.

Thespian Theatre leased the premises to the school, which in turn sub-leased the premises to CIS.
