News Bar Mitzvah Comedy, The Boychick Affair, Arrives Off-Broadway July 4 Amy Lord's The Boychick Affair – The Bar Mitzvah of Harry Boychick, the new interactive Off-Broadway comedy, begins performances at the Times Square Arts Center July 4.

Lord, who co-authored Grandma Sylvia's Funeral with Glenn Wein, created the new theatrical event that includes a buffet dinner and dancing, all set within the guise of Harry Boychick's dysfunctional bar mitzvah. The Boychick Affair will run Saturdays through Aug. 23.

Bringing the friends and family members of Boychick Affair to life are Greg Mikurak as Harry, Amy Lord as his mother Cheryl Boychick and Herb Walsh as his father Aaron.

Additional cast members include Eileen Fireman, Ina Marie Smith, Adam Hocherman, Gloria Jung, Joseph Long, Constance Reese, Janice Markham, Benny Solmor, Bill Blechingberg, Bryana R. Servedio, Elisa Rodriguez, Katherine Mesa, Lisa Perla, Lauren Kairella, Nicholas Troilo and Jeff Campanella.

The Boychick Affair – The Bar Mitzvah of Harry Boychick plays the Times Square Arts Center, located at 669 Eighth Avenue.
