News Barbara Cook to Return to Carnegie Hall Tony Award winner Barbara Cook — who releases her newest solo CD, "Tribute," this month — will return to Carnegie Hall in 2006.

Cook's official website says the singer-actress will play the famed hall Nov. 18, 2006; tickets are not yet on sale for the upcoming event.

A host of other performance dates were also recently announced for the legendary singer. Cook's current itinerary follows:

April 11 at the Tennessee Williams Theatre in Key West, FL

Barbara Cook has starred on Broadway in Flahooley, Candide, The Gay Life, The Music Man and She Loves Me. She received a Best Featured Actress in a Musical Tony Award for her performance in The Music Man, and her one-woman show, Mostly Sondheim, was nominated for a Tony in the Best Special Theatrical Event category. Cook was most recently on the New York stage in Barbara Cook's Broadway. Both Mostly Sondheim and Barbara Cook's Broadway were also recorded for DRG.
