The lineup includes the premiere of Raykhelson's Small Symphony for Strings and a performance of his Jazz Suite, which had its U.S. premiere at Jazz at Lincoln Center in February. Saxophone virtuoso Igor Butman and his quartet will also perform. The concert lineup includes works by Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Schumann, Grieg, Brahms, Paganini, Bartok, Gliere, and Handel.
Gutman, Bashmet, and Raykhelson will perform with the Moscow Soloists, a chamber orchestra.
