The vinyl package will feature new illustrative designs, colored discs, and a booklet with lyrics, production photos and new liner notes from Iconis.

Fans who pre-order the album through PledgeMusic will have the opportunity to pledge on copies of the vinyl, as well as the chance to get limited-edition and signed cast album merchandise, experiences, and costumes and props from the original production. A digital download of the original cast recording is included with each offer.

Be More Chill had an extended world-premiere run at New Jersey's Two River Theater in 2015, and has since amassed a healthy fan following online (it became Tumblr’s second most talked-about musical on its platform last year, second to Hamilton).

Based on the novel by Ned Vizzini, Be More Chill is a musical by Iconis (music and lyrics) and Tracz (book) about high school, popularity, and a tiny supercomputer that may just be the answer to a teenager’s dreams.

The cast recording features original cast members Jake Boyd, Gerard Canonico, Katlyn Carlson, Will Connolly, Stephanie Hsu, Katie Ladner, Lauren Marcus, Eric William Morris, George Salazar, and Paul Whitty. The six-piece orchestra includes Nathan Dame (conductor and keyboard), Danny Jonokuchi (theremin/trumpet), Dan McMillan (drums/percussion), Josh Plotner (vocoder/reeds), Mike Rosengarten (guitar) and Amanda Ruzza (bass).
