News Bean, Cerveris, Creel, Kudisch, Llana Join Miscast Stars at MCC Benefit, March 14 Shoshana Bean, Michael Cerveris, Gavin Creel, Marc Kudisch, Jose Llana and Billy Porter join the names performing at MCC Theatre's Miscast benefit, March 14. Billy Crudup, Jeff Goldblum, Julianna Margulies, Brian F. O'Byrne and Laila Robbins will also be on hand.

The celebrated signature musical revue directed by Scott Wittman (Hairspray) will perform this year at Roseland. Miscast features Broadway performers singing popular Broadway showtunes. The catch is each performer sings songs for roles in which they would never be cast.

The evening, set to honor The Shubert Organization chairman Gerald Schoenfeld, will feature performances by Shoshana Bean (Wicked), Paul Castree (All Shook Up), Michael Cerveris (Assassins), Gavin Creel (Thoroughly Modern Millie), Ana Gasteyer (Rocky Horror Show), Jackie Hoffman (Hairspray), Marc Kudisch (Assassins), Jose Llana (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Steven Pasquale (A Man of No Importance), Billy Porter (Smokey Joe's Cafe), Bruce Vilanch (Hairspray) and Tom Wopat (Annie Get Your Gun).

The Pillowman stars Billy Crudup and Jeff Goldblum along with MCC vets Julianna Margulies (Intrigue With Faye), Brian F. O'Byrne and Laila Robbins (both of Frozen) will also be on hand as guests at the event.

Miscast begins at 6:30 PM with cocktails and a 7:30 PM welcome, dinner and awards presentation. Dessert follows with the performance set for a 9 PM start.

Tickets range from $350-$2,000 for individuals. Tables are available at $7,500 $20,000. For reservations, call (212) 727-7722, extension 32. Last year's audience enjoyed "Queer Eye for the Straight" guru Jai Rodriguez (Zanna Don't!) singing "Popular" from Wicked (as he mocked MCC co artistic director Bernard Telsey for a "Queer Eye" Make-Over, Wicked's Kristin Chenoweth watched on then performed "And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going" from Dreamgirls. Rent's feisty Daphne Rubin-Vega sang "Climb Every Mountain" from The Sound of Music and Tony Award winner Denis O'Hare (Assassins) crooned "Roxie" as the merry murderess from Chicago.

Past performances have included Kristin Chenoweth and Harvey Fierstein playing husband and wife, respectively, in the duet "Do You Love Me?" from Fiddler on the Roof, Amy Spanger bellowing "Old Man River" from Showboat, Peter Gallagher pleading "Don't Cry for Me, Argentina" from Evita, David Miller's rendition of "I Feel Pretty" from West Side Story, Raul Esparza flying high with "Defying Gravity" from Wicked, Louise Pitre performing "The Impossible Dream" from Man of La Mancha, Adam Pascal taking on A Chorus Line's "What I Did For Love" and Jackie Hoffman doing "I'm Still Here" from Follies.
