Ben Platt, star of the critically acclaimed new Broadway musical Dear Evan Hansen, will join the show’s director, Tony nominee Michael Greif, for a conversation at 92Y in New York April 16. The duo, who have worked together since the premiere production Off-Broadway, will discuss the show and answer questions from the audience.

Tickets start at $45 and can be purchased at 92Y.org.

Dear Evan Hansen, about one student's struggle for identity amidst the chaos of high school, features a score by the Oscar-winning and Tony and Emmy-nominated songwriting team of Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (Dogfight, A Christmas Story), a book by Obie Award winner Steven Levenson (Masters of Sex), choreography by Danny Mefford (Fun Home), and direction by Greif (Rent, Next to Normal, If/Then).

The new musical began performances at the Music Box Theatre on Broadway November 14, 2016, and opened December 4.
