Tony winner Betty Buckley, who recently received rave reviews for her performances in a series of starry Stephen Schwartz concerts in Australia, has announced concert dates and master classes through the summer.
Buckley's current itinerary follows:
February 26: Scullers Jazz Club in Boston, MA
February 27: The Kate in Old Saybrook, CT
April 6: The Ocean State Theater in Warwick, RI
May 7: Ridgfield Playhouse in Ridgefield, CT
May 22: Winningstad Theater in Portland, OR
June 1- 5: Master Class Workshop in Denver, CO
As previously reported, the Olivier Award nominee will reprise her role in Grey Gardens this summer for West Coast audiences at the Ahmanson Theatre, July 6-August 14.
Betty Buckley offered acclaimed performances in Broadway's Sunset Boulevard, Carrie, Song & Dance, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, 1776, Triumph of Love and Promises, Promises. She won a Tony Award for her performance as Grizabella in the Broadway production of Cats, and she starred on the London stage in Promises, Promises, Dear World and Sunset Boulevard, earning an Olivier Award nomination for her work in the latter. Her screen credits are numerous.
