News Big Voice: God or Merman? to Celebrate Valentine's Day The Big Voice: God or Merman will celebrate Valentine's Day with a special onstage event.

Following the 8 PM performance of Big Voice at the Actors Temple Theatre, dozens of same-sex couples will celebrate their commitment to each other with an interfaith ceremony. Rabbi Jill Hausman and Big Voice co-star Jim Brochu, who is ordained, will conduct the ceremony. In a statement Rabbi Hausman said, "I welcome all couples to The Actors Temple, Congregation Ezrath Israel, who together wish to present themselves for an interfaith ceremony of commitment. We invite those who want their union to be blessed in dignity and love, in acceptance and respect, and as a recognition of their intention to live together in the community as a married couple."

The New York City Gay Men's Chorus will also participate in the ceremony.

In The Big Voice: God or Merman, co-stars and co-creators Jim Brochu and Steve Schalchlin find salvation in musical theatre.
