News Bill Crystal to Host Tisch School Benefit Honoring Kushner, Wolfe, Huffman and Schoenfeld Billy Crystal will host a gala benefit honoring three of his fellow graduates of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts — Tony Kushner, George C. Wolfe and Felicity Huffman — on Dec. 4 at Broadway's St. James Theatre.

The event will also honor Gerald Schoenfeld, Chairman of the Shubert Organization, and Floria Lasky, President of the Frederick Lowe Foundation.

The event's co-chairs include two Tisch School alumni — the producer Amanda Lipitz (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels) and film director Brett Ratner ("Rush Hour," "X-Men: The Last Stand") — along with the producers Margo Lion and Jordan Roth. The manager and television and film producer Bernie Brillstein is the event's executive producer.

Other Tisch alumni scheduled to appear include Alec Baldwin, Kevin Cahoon, Billy Crudup, Manoel Felciano, Jenn Gambatese, Jordan Gelber, Marcia Gay Harden, Steve Kazee, Katherine Kellner, John Lavelle, Michael Longoria, Jesse L. Martin, Matthew Morrison, Jennifer Naimo, Jerry O'Connell, Matthew Salidivar, Abigail Rose Solomon, Sean Patrick Thomas, Victor Williams, and Chandra Wilson.

The event will include a stage performance directed by Artie Masella, with musical direction by Seth Rudetsky.
