At the 7:30 PM concert, Whyte is scheduled to premiere a new music video that features Tony Award nominee and former Mamma Mia! cast member John Dossett, who stars in Broadway's Newsies, as well as Mamma Mia! actors Felicity Claire, Allyson Carr and Sydni Beaudoin and Deanna Aguinaga (West Side Story, A Chorus Line).
The video is directed by Troy Mercury and features original choreography by Albert Guerzon (Ghost, Mamma Mia!).
At Joe's Pub, Whyte is on piano and vocals. He is also backed by a six-piece band that features Paul Wyatt, Alex Wyatt, Curtis Stewart, Amanda Gookin, Benjamin Gallina and Dillon Kondor with special guest Rob Preuss (Once, Mamma Mia!).
Whyte, who has also been on Broadway in Wicked, recently released his debut CD, "More Like Myself," which is available on iTunes.
