In addition to spotlighting up-and-coming talent, the final season is welcoming back many of the series' successful alumni as hosts. Hosting the third concert of the season will be Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson's Nadia Quinn, who appeared in the June 16, 2007, New Voices concert.
The 7 PM concert will celebrate the work of composer and lyricist Drew Gasparini, who will be on hand to join performers on selections from his songbook and offer stories about the songs. Paul Staroba is the evening's musical director.
Performers will include Bradley Beahen, DJ Bucciarelli, Erin Edelle, Dan Housek and Emily Kay Shrader.
Drew Gasparini is the recipient of the John Lennon Songwriting Award (2006), MTC Award (2007) and the San Francisco Fringe Grant (2009).
