The free reading of Swan, which is based on the 1954 novella by Thomas Mann, will be presented at 7:30 PM in the June Havoc Theatre at the Abingdon Theatre Arts Complex. Joining Bogardus (White Chritmas) and Goldenhersh (Doubt) will be Amy Madigan (A Streetcar Named Desire) and Patricia Richardson (Loose Ends).

In The Black Swan, press notes state, "Rosalie Von Tummler's life in 1925, Düsseldorf, Germany, is turned upside down when her husband is killed forcing her to begin a new life for herself and her two children. Caught in the upheaval of politics and culture between world wars, Rosalie's affair with an American jazz musician asks her to risk everything for the happiness she desires."

Reservations are not required for the free reading. The Abingdon Theatre Arts Complex is located at 312 West 36th Street in Manhattan.
