News Bogart, Barrett, Crampton & Irving to Star in Paper Mill Camelot Principal casting was announced Jan. 21 for the upcoming production of Camelot at Paper Mill: State Theatre of New Jersey.

As previously reported on Playbill On-Line, Matt Bogart, who is currently playing Starbuck in the DC-area Signature Theatre's production of 110 in the Shade, will play Lancelot. He will be joined by Brent Barrett as King Arthur, Glory Crampton as Guenevere and George S. Irving as Merlin/Pellinore. Previews for the Lerner and Loewe revival begin April 2 under the direction of Robert Johanson, Paper Mill's former artistic director. The production, which features designs by Michael Anania, runs through May 18.

This past summer, Matt Bogart was seen as Paul in the Kennedy Center production of Stephen Sondheim's Company. The actor-singer has starred on Broadway in Aida, The Civil War, Miss Saigon and Smokey Joe's Cafe. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati's College Conservatory of Music, Bogart has appeared in regional productions of Carousel (at Paper Mill) and Side Show, and he recently released his debut solo recording, "Simple Songs," on the Jay Records label.

Brent Barrett received an Olivier Award nomination for his role in the London company of Kiss Me, Kate. He recently starred opposite Rachel York in the Reprise! concert of Anything Goes. Barrett's other theatrical credits include the Broadway productions of Chicago, Annie Get Your Gun and Candide. He received a Los Angeles Drama Critics Award for his work in the L.A. production of Chicago and has been seen Off Broadway in Closer Than Ever, March of the Falsettos, The Death of Von Richtofen, The Time of the Cuckoo and Portrait of Jenny. His television and film appearances include "Hercules," "Longtime Companion," "All My Children," "Another World" and "Guiding Light." He is heard on a studio recording of Lerner and Loewe's Brigadoon, and other albums.

Glory Crampton recently played Mina in the North Shore Music Theatre's production of Dracula: A Chamber Musical. She has appeared in several Paper Mill productions, including My Fair Lady, Gigi, Nine, The Secret Garden and Jane Eyre. She starred in the world premiere of Maury Yeston's Phantom and also appears on that musical's cast recording. Before Lerner and Loewe's Camelot, she'll appear in Lerner and Loewe's My Fair Lady at Theatre Under the Stars in Texas (repeating work she did at Paper Mill, playing Eliza).

George S. Irving starred on Broadway in the original company of Oklahoma!, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, I Remember Mama, Bells Are Ringing and Call Me Mister. He has also appeared numerous times at the Paper Mill in such productions as An Ideal Husband, Fanny, The Roar of the Greasepaint. . ., Oliver! and two different productions of My Fair Lady.
